With reference to your letter of the 11th

of Novembar 1801, D.W. 10355/9835, I am direct-

ed by Mr Sec Ch to transmit to you for the

consideration of the L. C. of the Admiralty a

despatch from the Gov of HongKong, in which it

Dock Co should be allowed 8 years to finish
